Ingredients:-
Onion (big) -1
Potatos -2
Capsicum - 3
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander (finly chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 3 Teaspoons
and salt to taste.
Method :-
Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sliced onions and saute it.
Add the capsicum pieces and fry two more minutes.
Mix chili and turmeric powders.
Finally add the boiled potato piecess and cook for 2 more minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with chapaties.
